Most would describe me as a super-passionate, dog-mom of 2, who has LOTS of energy and loves to dance. And while that's true, the introvert in me who is currently laying on the couch and hasn't left home in 2 days needs you to know this...

I'm just like you — I struggled with hating my body, did all of the crazy diets and took the weight loss pills, and dreamed of the day I would feel small and pretty. 

And after 15 years of researching women's health and body image plus 12 years as a health & fitness professional working with hundreds of women, I have found a way to simplify the heck out of food and fitness while at the same time learning to love and appreciate my body. It's my purpose to help women and girls do the same!
